I have extensive knowledge of the U.S. Government’s investments in medical countermeasures (MCMs), diagnostics, and surveillance systems. As a former Director of Medical Programs for the ODASD CBDP and an experienced technical program manager, I have guided programs that bridge innovative technologies with operational needs, ensuring their alignment with federal priorities and regulatory frameworks.
